Since the business was created by its 2 Directors in 1998 First Point has become a thriving multi-million pound enterprise serving clients across the United Kingdom. We have now firmly established ourselves as a leading broker within the mid and high-net-worth market offering specialist niche products to wealthy and affluent individuals.

At First Point we currently employ over 20 staff from our centrally located office in Northampton. As a small but expanding organisation we offer varied roles and are generally always looking for experienced personnel. Most vacancies are insurance based and include accounts, administration, customer service and sales.
