Europ Assistance

Europ Assistance was established in the UK in 1973 and has enjoyed considerable success by becoming the EA Group's largest corporate partner provider. As part of a global organisation they are able to draw on the Group's strength and long term stability. They do however act with autonomy in commercial activities and pride themselves on an approach that is pro-active, understanding and responsive.

Europ Assistance is committed to providing the highest quality assistance service at all times. While their assistance-led philosophy is at the heart of the operation, also important to them has been the formation of their own insurance company. They were the first assistance organisation in the UK to adopt this approach, and it has enabled them to exploit synergies in the provision of insurance cover and assistance, to the benefit of their clients and customers.

At the core of their UK operation Europ Assistance has two Customer Assistance Centres, one in Haywards Heath, West Sussex and the other in Navan, County Meath in Ireland. Their two centres are linked seamlessly in terms of technology and telephony to form in effect one virtual centre.
