Claims philosophy and settlement

If you have to make a claim on your insurance, you’ll receive a claims service that’s tailored to your individual needs. You can choose your own repairer or use one of their qualified trade experts (they also recognise that damaged possessions cannot always be replaced, so they offer a cash alternative which can be taken if preferred). Claims are handled by Zurich employees based here in the UK.
